Myofascial Release Seminars are approved by the following organizations for the following core seminars unless otherwise noted—Myofascial Mobilization, Pediatric Myofascial Release, Myofascial Release I, Fascial-Pelvis, Cervical-Thoracic, Myofascial Unwinding, Myofascial Release II.

If you choose to attend one of these seminars, you can still obtain CEUs. Print out the following Individual Application Form found on http://fpta.site-ym.com/?page=30 and submit no more than 60 days following the seminar, along with a $20 payment.
